Based in Birmingham, bchs is a co-operative housing and community regeneration agency.

We have developed over 50 housing co-ops and community controlled housing projects since 1997.

Co-operatives allow local people and communities to manage their own homes – giving them a real say about their housing and neighbourhoods.

We are committed to supporting and promoting co-operative housing that is collectively owned and/or managed by residents themselves.
